As the science and technology is progressing at a rapid pace. There are bound to be changes in interventional cardiology. Human beings always wanted safe and least complications by any procedure. Interventional cardiology started from hand only and then transfemoral route was used by the cardiologists for performing coronary and other procedures. There are few problems with transfemoral procedures even with experienced hands. These are patient related factors also.
