Development and Future of Forensic Nursing in India
Forensic nursing is very new entity in India. It is in the stage of infancy. Still we are in phase of orientation of medical professionals, nursing professionals, investigating officials, judiciary, administrative and political leadership to the concept and benefits of forensic nursing. With the efforts of a small group of people we have been able to orient the academicians to a limited extent. A lot of efforts are still required to introduce forensic nursing in the educational curriculum of nurses and employ and deploy the forensic nurses where they will be useful to the society.
